We are sure that you have a few questions regarding our monthly Beauty Fix parcel. Hopefully we have answered them below but if we have missed something then please email us at admin@beautyfix.co.nz.

I dont want to end up with lots of skin care I dont need or like

Lot of people end up with dozens of cosmetics and skin care that they never use in their bathroom cabinets. The team at Shop Beauty Box try to ensure that doesn't happen with our products by estimating how long it will take you to use a product and staggering when we send it out. For instance, a 100ml moisturiser should last you three months but a 100ml daily cleanser will only last you 6-8 weeks so we send you a moisturiser every 3 months and a cleanser every 2 months.

As well as providing your daily needs such as cleansers, moisturizers, and eye creams. We also provide serums and general beauty products such as body creams, pedicure products, nail treatments and anything else we can think of beauty related. In every Beauty Fix parcel you get each month will provide you with exceptional value in the form of your daily basic needs and also products that you may not necessarily purchase yourself, all of which are delivered to directly to your door. Who doesn’t like a surprise delivery?

What happens if my Beauty Fix parcel goes to an old address or the Courier is unable to deliver it?

Sometimes things go wrong. Hopefully it doesn’t happen very often but if you don’t receive your monthly Beauty Fix parcel then we will move quickly to get it sorted for you. Firstly delivering to apartments can be a problem. Often the courier can’t deliver to apartments so we highly recommend that you have your Beauty Fix parcel delivered to your place of work. Couriers deliver 9-5 on week days so a work address is probably going to be safer as long as your boss doesn’t mind.

If you do have a delivery issue then you may contact us at admin@beautybox.co.nz to arrange for the re-delivery of your box to the correct address. Please take note that if the reason that you did not receive your parcel is because of addresses have been entered incorrectly, addresses that are not updated before we collect our shipment list, or if you fail to pick up your Beauty Fix parcel from your local post office following attempted delivery. There will be a $10 charge for handling and postage.

What is Beauty Fix?

Beauty Fix is a monthly subscription service where every month, you will get sent natural cosmetics based on your skin type. Each month will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from makeup, skincare, fragrance, body, hair products and sometimes we’ll even include a lifestyle product! When you find a product that you love, you will then be able to purchase it from our website, hopefully using, the coupons that you earn by recommending our Beauty Fix to your friends and family.

Will I know what I am going to receive before my Beauty Fix parcel turns up?

Yes and no. Since we are providing you with your day to day cosmetics you will know that you are due a cleanser or a moisturiser etc., but you won’t know exactly what is in your Beauty Fix parcel. What you will know for sure is that you will not receive any big name, toxin laden cosmetics from us. What we also try to do is provide you with interesting and effective natural products from both our own range and also from our partner suppliers. So your Beauty Fix package will contain wonderful surprises which is all part of our Beauty Fix experience.
