Shipping & Returns

How Much Is Shipping and Handling?

Beautyfix works hard to ensure that you get your Beautyfix parcels in a timely and cost effective manner. Currently we charge $5 P+P for New Zealand orders and $10NZ for P+P for our Australian customers.

The good news is that if you purchase products from our online shop at full price we will ship for free with all orders over $55NZ which is a great saving for our Australian customers. Any orders under $55 will be shipped at $5NZ for NZ clients and $10NZ for our Australian clients.
How long does it take?

We process all deliveries of full size items within 24 hours each business day. NZ Post delivery time varies depending on your location within Australia, orders shipped to Australia are not tracked so we highly recommend that you have your parcels shipped to your work or business address if at all possible.  For New Zealand orders there will be a tracking number if anything goes wrong so we can track your order. Again we highly recommend that you have your Beautyfix parcel sent to a business address.

How do I get my monthly Beautyfix parcel?

Your Beautyfix parcel is sent each month with either courier or New Zealand Post.  It will arrive between Monday to Friday so make you use the delivery address where you will be during this time. If you work full time, we recommend getting the package delivered to your work. If you are not at home at time of deliver your parcel will be left in a secure location out of the weather. We cannot take responsibility for returned parcels where addresses have been entered incorrectly. If your Beautyfix parcel is returned to us incorrectly addressed then you will need to pay for postage at the rate of $6.50 for New Zealand or $15 for Australian addresses.

Website Purchases

Your purchases will be delivered from Monday to Friday via either courier or New Zealand Post. All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you are not home to receive your package then you need to pick it up from your nearest post office.

Do you ship overseas?

Beautyfix is available to residents of New Zealand and Australia at this time.

Can I return full size items?

For any change of mind of full priced items from the Beautyfix shop, you are only eligible for an exchange, not refund. Beautyfix will not pay the shipping cost of your returned item in this case. Sale items can not be returned unless they are faulty as per the terms of the New Zealand Guarantees Act.

My Items turned up damaged!

You can return damaged items. We know that they left in perfect order but sometimes things get damaged in the post. If any of your purchases turn up damaged, you should immediately contact admin@beautyfix.co.nz please attach photos of the damaged product. Once we approve your request for the damaged item, you can return the item to us, including our returns number and you will be eligible for a replacement or exchange of your damaged product. Damaged products must be returned within 14 days.
